About The Role Film Scene Description Specialist (AI Training) We're looking for film-literate professionals to help train the next generation of AI systems to understand the visual language of cinema. If you can watch a scene and instantly decode how a director uses framing, pacing, and blocking to tell a story — this role was built for you. You'll watch short film clips and produce structured, beat-by-beat visual descriptions that teach AI models how scenes are staged, paced, and emotionally constructed — purely through what's on screen.
