Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Service Representative based in Sandwich, Kent, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include providing on-site technical support, conducting maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and delivering customer training on products and solutions. The Field Service Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to improve products, document service reports, and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of technical or mechanical equipment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
• Customer-focused communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to a variety of audiences
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge or experience in the defense, aerospace, or a related technical industry is an advantage
• Willingness to travel for on-site service requirements
• Relevant technical or engineering qualifications/experience is preferred
