CO: CCA, PCA, CO-PA, Product Costing, Internal Orders. Strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, and PP. Experience: 7–15 years in SAP FICO, including full-cycle implementations. Leadership in team/project environments. S/4HANA Finance experience is a major advantage. Technical Skills: RICEFW, SAP configuration, data migration, Fiori familiarity. Financial compliance knowledge (IFRS, GAAP), basic ABAP debugging. Soft Skills: Team leadership, communication, stakeholder management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities. Certifications: SAP FICO and S/4HANA certifications are highly preferred. Job duties description Core Responsibilities: Lead FICO teams and manage resource planning and performance. Execute and oversee SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support. Design and configure FICO solutions aligned with business needs. Provide expert support and ensure smooth system operation. Optimize business processes using SAP best practices. Serve as main contact for FICO matters; lead communication and training. Ensure compliance and maintain proper documentation. Stay current with SAP innovations and help shape the organizations FICO roadmap.
