About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join the Commissions Systems team , supporting the Incentives & Compensation function. This role acts as a bridge between Business and IT, helping deliver solutions that support commission and bonus calculations across multiple lines of business. You will work in a fast-paced environment handling financial data, ensuring accuracy while contributing to system improvements, testing, and ongoing operations. What You’ll Do Act as a liaison between Business and IT to support system-related needs. Understand business processes, systems, and objectives to provide effective solutions. Perform impact analysis and support effort and cost estimation. Develop and document functional specifications and system design components. Support business case creation, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment. Assist with application testing, implementation, and training activities. Conduct quality checks on project deliverables. Help prioritize day-to-day work in alignment with business needs. Work with financial data to support commission and bonus calculations. Assist with data extraction, validation, manipulation, and adjustments. Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement efforts.
