The Facilities Operations Lead in Facilities Services serves as a strategic partner to Directors and System leadership, supporting Master Site Facility Planning (MSFP), capital and operating financial oversight, real estate coordination, and governance reporting across a large, complex facilities and capital portfolio. What you will do Serve as the centralized coordinator for the Master Site Facility Plan (MSFP), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational strategy. Maintain MSFP documentation, schedules, and supporting data in collaboration with Facilities Management, Design & Construction, Finance, and executive leadership. Coordinate and standardize capital financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting across Facilities Services. Maintain and update project cost sheets and financial summaries for capital projects, ensuring accuracy of estimates, commitments, expenditures, and forecasted final cost. Prepare executive‑level capital, portfolio, and MSFP reports for senior leadership and governance committees, including Operating Committee. Provide portfolio‑level coordination across concurrent renovation and construction projects to support prioritization, sequencing, and executive oversight. Support capital governance by identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities related to capital planning, asset stewardship, and portfolio execution. Partner with Finance to improve accuracy, consistency, and transparency of capital and lease‑related financial reporting. Manage and coordinate the procurement process for Design & Construction and Facilities Management, partnering with Supply Chain to ensure sourcing follows organizational procurement policy and established approvals. Ensure Captis and Vizient contracting models are utilized where applicable, including validating contract alignment, documenting justification when off‑contract sourcing is required, and supporting RFP coordination when thresholds or policies require competitive quotes. Develop, maintain, and regularly update carrying cost analyses for all Stormont Vail Health owned properties and leased assets, including operating expenses, utilities, maintenance, lease obligations, and other recurring costs to support financial planning, budgeting, and executive decision‑making. Support new real estate development initiatives, ensuring alignment with capital plans, operational needs, and system strategy. Maintain visibility and tracking of leased properties across the system to support financial, facilities, and long‑range planning. Reduce administrative and reporting burden for Directors and Project Managers, allowing leaders to focus on execution and risk management. Develop dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools to support capital governance and executive decision‑making. Support preparation of business cases, analyses, and briefing materials related to facilities, capital projects, and real estate initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.
