We’re looking for a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations across multiple locations, ensuring our schools are safe, high-performing, and always ready to deliver exceptional experiences to families. What Success Looks Like Facilities operate safely and efficiently with minimal downtime Maintenance issues are resolved proactively—not reactively Strong vendor partnerships delivering quality and cost control Scalable systems that support Emler’s continued growth Responsibilities As Facilities Manager, you will own the performance, reliability, and scalability of maintenance operations across our swim schools: Leadership & Strategy Lead and develop maintenance coordinators and team members Build scalable processes, standards, and preventive maintenance programs Partner with Operations and Construction on facility planning and capital projects Operations & Execution Oversee all facility systems: pools, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building infrastructure Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues with minimal disruption to operations Implement systems to track maintenance activity, trends, and performance Vendor & Budget Management Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance Negotiate cost-effective service agreements Develop and manage annual maintenance budgets and forecasts Continuous Improvement Use data and reporting to anticipate needs and drive proactive planning Standardize best practices across all locations Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in facilities, maintenance, or construction management 2+ years of leadership experience Experience managing multi-site operations (strongly preferred) Knowledge of HVAC, pool systems, plumbing, and electrical systems Strong vendor management and negotiation skills Proven ability to build systems, processes, and scalable solutions High ownership mindset with strong prioritization and decision-making skills Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree preferred Pay Range USD $82,000.00 - USD $114,800.00 /Yr. Work Environment & Schedule Combination of office, on-site facility, and pool environments Hybrid flexibility based on business needs Full-time schedule with occasional evenings/weekends as needed Travel Regular travel to local and regional locations Occasional out-of-state travel The position will remain open for up to 30 days from the posting date or until it is filled, whichever comes first.
