L'opportunité Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) expert(e) en valorisation de la donnée , pour joindre notre équipe d’experts, passionnée par l’innovation et motivée par des mandats stimulants, dans un environnement qui favorise autant le développement professionnel que l’épanouissement personnel. À titre de membre de l’équipe ton rôle sera clé dans l’interprétation, la visualisation et la valorisation des données des partenaires et clients de ventriloc. Concrètement, tu auras comme principales responsabilités : Animer des sessions de travail avec les utilisateurs (clients) afin d’identifier leurs enjeux et besoins analytiques; Développer une bonne compréhension du contexte d’affaires des clients et partenaires afin de proposer des solutions adaptées; Documenter les règles de calculs entrant dans la composition des indicateurs de performance et des métriques devant être utilisés par les rapports et tableaux de bord; Développer et mettre en place des maquettes d’interfaces analytiques à l’aide d’outil de design tel que Figma; Développer des interfaces d’application analytique à l’aide d’outils de visualisation de données tel que Microsoft Power BI; Conseiller l’utilisateur quant à la présentation optimale de l’information afin de favoriser l’adoption des actifs développés pour ce dernier; En collaboration avec l’architecte de solutions, modifier ou concevoir le modèle de données nécessaire pour supporter les besoins analytiques de l’utilisateur; Respecter les dates de production des biens livrables, telles que convenues avec le gestionnaire de projet et/ou le client; En collaboration avec l’utilisateur, préparer des prototypes de solutions analytiques et améliorer celles-ci de manière itérative. Ton profil Pour exceller dans le rôle tu dois posséder: Un baccalauréat en administration des affaires, concentration gestion des technologies ou dans un domaine connexe (maîtrise en BI : un atout important); Expérience en Power BI avec des compétences en DAX, M, modélisation de données et SQL; Une forte orientation résultats et un sens développé du service client. De l’expérience en service-conseil, sera considéré comme un atout important; Excellentes aptitudes de communication en français et en anglais; Autonomie, rigueur, esprit de collaboration et souci du détail; Certifications Microsoft (DA-100, PL-300) : un atout. The Opportunity Our data visualization service is looking for someone who is passionate about data valorization, who thrives on challenges and who is not afraid to think outside the box and propose new ways to visualize data. If you have a strong interest in data and always feel the need to present it visually when you see it, this opportunity is for you. As a Data Valorization Advisor, you will combine the responsibilities described below: Animate working sessions with users (partners) to identify their analytical needs; Document analytical needs through principles following the Agile project management methodology; Develop a good understanding of the business context in which analytical solutions will be used; Have an excellent understanding of the analytical or decision-making process followed by users of analytical applications; Document the calculation rules used to calculate the performance indicators and measures to be used by reports and dashboards; Develop analytical application interfaces using data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI; Advise the user on the optimal presentation of information in order to promote the adoption of data solutions developed for the user; In consultation with the solution architect, modify or design the data model necessary to support the analytical needs stated by the user; In consultation with project managers, estimate the effort and time required to complete the design, development and testing of the analytical solutions to be implemented; Respect the production dates of the deliverables, as agreed with the project manager and/or client; In consultation with the user, prepare prototypes of analytical solutions and improve them iteratively; Follow the evolution of technologies in relation to the design and implementation of analytical solutions. Required profile To excel in this role, you should have: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Technology Management or a related field (a master’s degree in Business Intelligence is a strong asset); Experience with Power BI, including skills in DAX, M, data modeling, and SQL; A strong results-oriented mindset and a well-developed sense of customer service. Experience in consulting will be considered a significant asset; Excellent communication skills in both French and English; Autonomy, rigor, a collaborative mindset, and strong attention to detail; Microsoft certifications (DA-100, PL-300) are an asset.
