Role Description The Executive Vice President at Emerging Finance will provide strategic leadership across the organization, helping shape long-term business direction, content offerings, and market positioning. This part-time, remote role will oversee key operational functions, including business development, client relationship management, and cross-functional coordination with content, marketing, and finance teams. The Executive Vice President will review performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and guide the development of new services or partnerships aligned with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include setting priorities for senior leaders, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables, managing budgets at a strategic level, and communicating clearly with stakeholders about progress and risks. The role will also contribute to organizational culture, mentoring team leaders, promoting inclusive practices, and supporting continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
Qualifications

• Proven executive or senior leadership experience in financial services, fintech, or a closely related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, including market expansion and new product or service initiatives.
• Strong background in business development, client relationship management, and partnership building.
• Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams, with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and inclusion.
• Track record of operational improvement, process optimization, and outcome-focused decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
• Comfort working in a part-time, remote leadership capacity while maintaining high standards of responsiveness and oversight.
