Job Description This is a remote position. The Customer service Representative will be responsible for extensive direct customer contact to conduct sales and service activities including developing strong customer relationships; introducing new products and services; up-selling to full product portfolio; generating new leads through target account selling; outbound prospecting; and meeting sales goals that grow revenue. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: At Minimum Duties & Responsibilities: · Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up and negotiate terms, and close transactions · Provide support to our growing Event Consultant team · Handle inbound leads and follow-up with existing clients · Organize client product viewing sessions via showroom · Effectively update clients to new products and services · Survey the market and competitive conditions, adjust selling technique to defend accounts · Ability to assist with data entry in our CRM · Contribute information and ideas to management and assists others in the company to enhance and improve sales results.
