Job Description Coordinate and schedule meetings (virtual/physical) with CFOs and Heads of Finance. Work on a provided list of companies to identify relevant finance decision-makers. Research and gather contact details including phone numbers, email IDs, and other relevant information. Reach out to stakeholders via phone, email, and other channels to fix appointments. Maintain and update records of interactions, responses, and scheduled meetings. Ensure professional communication and follow-ups to maximize meeting confirmations. Coordinate with the Managing Director (MD) for updates and scheduling priorities. Attend periodic in-person meetings (approximately once every 10 days). The role will be offered on an initial contract of 3 months. Requirements 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply). Good verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in speaking with senior professionals over calls. Basic research and data-gathering skills (LinkedIn, company websites, etc.). Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Must have access to a laptop and stable internet connection.
