This role is EA-first with added responsibilities in social media management and light cold calling. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, inboxes, travel, meeting prep, and follow-ups Make targeted cold calls using provided scripts; qualify prospects and book meetings; keep clean CRM notes Plan a simple content calendar, draft/schedule posts (primarily LinkedIn; some IG/X), monitor DMs, track basic analytics Create concise briefs, slides, and one-pagers; coordinate with vendors/partners Minimum Requirements 3+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders 1+ year cold calling (SDR/BDR or similar) with booked-meeting results 1+ year social media management (brand or executive account) Excellent written/spoken English and professional phone presence Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Zoom/Slack, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and a scheduler (Hootsuite/Buffer); basic Canva Preferably with experience in a Mental Health Clinic Nice to Have Light design/video skills (Canva/CapCut) and LinkedIn ghostwriting Experience in healthcare/mental health, fintech, SaaS, or professional services As part of the hiring process, please include 60-minute introduction discussing your experience as an executive assistant, social media management, and cold calling
