We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to support internal operations and help coordinate communications across the business. This role will work closely with leadership and team members to manage email communication, scheduling, meeting coordination, document handling, and day-to-day administrative support.
The ideal candidate is someone who can hit the ground running, work independently, communicate clearly, and help keep the team organized and moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to leadership and internal team members
Manage and prioritize a shared service inbox and respond to inbound inquiries as needed
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and follow-up
Assist with email communication with clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders
Prepare, organize, and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets
Maintain and manage records accurately and efficiently
Support workflow coordination across multiple internal tasks and projects
Use standard office tools and online systems to assist with daily operations
Help streamline administrative tasks currently handled across the team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PDF tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
Strong internet connection and reliable remote work setup
Experience handling email inboxes, scheduling, and administrative coordination
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Nice To Have
Experience supporting executives or managing client-facing administrative work
Familiarity with online HR or workflow platforms
Experience in a remote or offshore support environment
