Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys spinning multiple plates at once without dropping standards, communication, or attention to detail. This is not a quiet admin role. This is for someone who can operate alongside senior management, anticipate problems before they happen, protect time fiercely, handle pressure professionally, and become a highly trusted right hand within a growing business. This is a fully remote / virtual position supporting senior leadership across multiple areas of the business. You will be expected to manage priorities efficiently, communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders, and keep operations moving at speed. No two days will look the same. Key Responsibilities: Managing busy diaries and calendars Handling senior-level email management and prioritisation Coordinating meetings, travel, and schedules Following up tasks aggressively to ensure completion Supporting business operations and projects Communicating with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders professionally Preparing reports, documents, presentations, and correspondence Managing confidential information with absolute discretion Assisting with systems, workflows, and operational efficiency Problem-solving independently without constant supervision Acting as a gatekeeper and protector of senior management time Requirements You MUST : Have previous Executive Assistant or senior PA experience Have experience supporting senior management or directors Have a strong customer-facing background with excellent people skills Be highly organised and process-driven Thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment Be proactive rather than reactive Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills Be highly competent with technology and remote working tools Be able to prioritise effectively under pressure Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail Be trustworthy, discreet, and capable of absorbing highly confidential matters Have a positive personality and resilient mindset, understanding that life within a growing business will not always be a bed of roses Be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously Remain calm, composed, and solution-focused during challenging situations Bonus Points If You Have Experience With: Property industry CRM systems AI tools and automation Microsoft 365 Canva Project management tools Social media coordination Remote team management This Role Is NOT For You If: You need constant supervision You struggle with fast-paced environments You are easily overwhelmed by multiple priorities You avoid accountability You are looking for a slow or repetitive admin role You are not confident communicating with senior people and clients You take criticism personally rather than using feedback to improve Hardware Requirements: Computer or laptop with stable performance. Reliable ADSL/Fibre internet (minimum 50 Mbps). Headset compatible with VOIP systems. Anti-virus installed. UPS/Backup power for load shedding.
