Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling with precision Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, itineraries, last-minute changes) Handle client and vendor communication as the first point of contact Track expenses, prepare reports, and manage documentation Research topics, summarize findings, and support decision-making Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items Handle personal tasks when needed (appointments, reservations, errands) Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive business and personal matters.
