Job Description • Manage daily administrative and operational tasks • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and calendar management • Maintain communication with providers, partners, and clients • Track project updates, submissions, and follow-up tasks • Conduct outreach through phone calls, email, and virtual communication • Organize digital files, reports, and documentation • Assist with educational programming coordination and logistics • Support recruitment, onboarding, and provider engagement efforts • Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up communications • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks • Manage LinkedIn profile, including updates, engagement, and content posting • Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance • Support website updates, edits, and basic content management Must Haves • This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities • Willingness to participate in daily check-ins and weekly Zoom meetings for updates and alignment • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Drive) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience with Zoom and/or Google Meet • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-tracking tools • Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com or similar) • Familiarity with website platforms/CMS (Wix, WordPress, Squarespace or similar) • Ability to use Canva for basic design tasks • Experience with LinkedIn management and content posting • Familiarity with email communication platforms • Exposure to social media and digital communication tools • Comfortable using cloud-based file organization systems Home Office Requirements Please only apply for this role if you have the following home office requirements: · Perfectly working headset and webcam · Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps · Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later · Quiet room with no distractions or background noises · A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift Only applicants meeting the strict criteria above will be contacted.
