Role Description This is a full-time, remote Executive Administrative Assistant role based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and organizing internal and external appointments. The role involves handling phone and email communications, preparing correspondence, creating and formatting documents, reports, and presentations, and maintaining accurate records and filing systems. The Executive Administrative Assistant will coordinate meetings and events, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. The role also includes managing office supplies, supporting ad hoc projects, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting organization. Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, data entry, filing, and record management. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), and comfort with learning new software. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a professional services, financial services, or similar setting is preferred. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
