Turn-Key Tunneling is searching for experienced excavator operators. The equipment operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Operator typically works under direct supervision and is expected to work long hours with frequent sitting, standing, moving, and climbing. The operator is subject to possible exposure to extreme year around environmental conditions and travel is required. Key Responsibilities: Operate excavators to move earth, rock, and other materials as required. Excavate trenches, foundations, and other structural elements to specified depths and dimensions. Load and unload materials using various attachments. Inspect and maintain equipment daily, including fluids, hoses, and mechanical components. Communicate with ground crew and site personnel using hand or radio signals. Support general labor duties on site when not operating equipment. Minimum Qualifications: 3 to 5 years lifting experience. OSHA 10 is required. Strong work ethic and ability to work in construction environment. Demonstrate strong commitment to safety.
