You figure things out without being hand-held. A natural project manager: you build the plan before anyone asks, you own the checklist, you write the process document, and you never drop a ball Experience recruiting and managing volunteer or paid teams in a live environment Fluent communicator in writing: your emails, briefs, and partner outreach are clear, professional, and get responses Calm under pressure, decisive, and able to operate independently when the CEO is not available Someone who finds a 48-hour live operation exciting, not terrifying What you get R$4,500 to R$6,000 per month for 3 months depending on experience Performance bonus paid on successful completion of the live operation Flight to Lisbon and accommodation fully covered for event week Full-time involvement in one of the most ambitious startup events being built in Europe right now A genuinely rare and high-visibility experience on your CV Direct reference from the CEO First option to join future editions if the event scales as planned To apply Apply here and send a short message to [email protected] answering two questions: Tell us about a project or event you managed that you are proud of. What was it, what was your role, and what would have gone wrong without you. Tell us about a partnership you built with an organisation in another country. How did you find them, how did you approach them, and what did it result in. We will respond within 48 hours to everyone who applies.
