European Sales Engineer

About Us & The Role

Fudar Alloy Materials Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of electrical contact materials (silver contacts). Our products are widely used in relays, switches, circuit breakers, connectors, and other low-voltage electrical devices. To further expand our presence in the European market, we are looking for 1-2 talented professionals to join us.

This is a ground-floor, start-from-scratch opportunity. You will serve as our core sales force in Europe, responsible for developing new clients, maintaining strategic customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you have experience serving overseas electrical giants and are eager to make an impact on a high-growth platform, we look forward to hearing from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute European sales strategies; achieve regional sales targets
2. Focus on winning strategic accounts: Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens, Eaton – driving the entire process from lead generation to order closure
3. Explore new clients in low-voltage electrical, automotive components, new energy (energy storage/PV/charging piles), data centers, and smart grid sectors
4. Lead contract negotiations, order execution, and accounts receivable management
5. Act as the bridge between China HQ (R&D & Production) and European clients to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Approximately 3 years of B2B industrial sales experience (any industry)
3. Fluent English (working language), language Plus: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, or other European languages
4. Comfortable with frequent travel and able to drive projects independently
5. Preferred Qualifications (any of the following is a plus):

• Background in electrical contact materials / precious metal alloys, e.g., DODUCO, Heraeus, Materion, Umicore, Tanaka, Metalor, etc.
• Background in solder / brazing materials, e.g., Almit, Senju, Indium, Kester, AIM, Harris Products, etc.
• Background in low-voltage components / connectors, e.g., TE Connectivity, Amphenol, Phoenix Contact, Wieland, KME, etc.
• Background in relays / switches / circuit breakers, e.g., Omron, Fuji Electric, Panasonic, Hongfa, Zhengtai, etc.
• Direct experience serving overseas electrical or automotive giants, e.g., Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens, Eaton, Bosch, Continental, ZF Friedrichshafen, etc.
• Sales experience in metals / materials industry, e.g., non-ferrous metals, precious metals, alloy materials, electrical materials, etc.
• Existing customer relationships in Europe, particularly in low-voltage electrical, new energy, or automotive components sectors

Compensation & Benefits

1. Annual Package: €35,000 – €50,000
2. High Commission (uncapped), with additional bonuses for winning strategic accounts
3. Work Mode: Remote, work from home with flexible hours
4. Travel Support: Full reimbursement for business travel expenses
