Role Overview: We are looking for an ERP Business Support Specialist to support and improve the daily use of our ERP systems and related business processes. The role focuses on helping employees work effectively with ERP processes, troubleshooting workflow issues, and acting as an advanced ERP user (Power User/Master User) for the company. The current system is Priority ERP. In the future the role will also support Odoo ERP as part of the company’s system evolution. This position does not involve ERP development. The focus is on business processes, user support, and operational troubleshooting. Responsibilities: ERP Support (Primary Focus) Provide user-level support for Priority ERP and Odoo ERP. Troubleshoot issues related to business processes (sales, procurement, warehouse, reporting, finance). Analyze and reproduce ERP incidents reported by users. Verify workflow correctness and identify user or data errors. Resolve issues within user permissions (no code changes). Escalate complex cases to ERP specialists or developers with clear documentation. Validate fixes and confirm proper process execution. Internal IT Support Provide basic internal IT support for employees via HelpDesk / ClickUp when required. Handle common issues related to access rights, corporate tools, and software. Business Process Support & Knowledge Management Help teams correctly execute ERP processes across departments. Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements. Assist with testing and validating process changes in ERP. Support ERP-related operational tasks during system updates or process changes. Collaborate with ERP specialists, developers, and business stakeholders. Requirements: 1+ year of working with ERP systems as a power user, support specialist, or business user. Experience with any widely used ERP (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, 1C, Odoo, Priority, etc.). Strong understanding of operational business processes in ERP (sales, procurement, warehouse, finance, reporting). Ability to analyze process problems and identify root causes. Experience communicating with users and documenting incidents. Experience working with ticketing systems and SLA-based support is a plus. English B1+.
