Are you a proven ERP sales professional with a passion for winning new business and helping manufacturers modernise their operations?

We’re partnering with a fast-growing ERP consultancy expanding its footprint across the UK manufacturing sector. With strong demand and a modern cloud ERP portfolio, they’re now looking to hire a high-performing Sales Executive to accelerate growth.

The Role

This is a new business–focused position, targeting organisations within discrete manufacturing.

You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities through to closing high-value ERP deals — working closely with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate and convert new ERP opportunities within manufacturing accounts
• Engage senior stakeholders including MDs, FDs, COOs, and IT leaders
• Lead consultative sales conversations focused on transformation and efficiency gains
• Manage the full sales lifecycle (prospecting → close)
• Build and execute territory and account growth strategies
• Deliver impactful ERP demos alongside pre-sales consultants
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
• Represent the business at key industry events and exhibitions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in ERP software sales (new business)
• Experience selling platforms such as:
• Dynamics 365, Business Central, SAP, NetSuite, Epicor, IFS, Infor, Sage X3
• Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing environments
• Consistent success in hitting/exceeding revenue targets
• Experience closing six-figure+ deals
• Confident, credible with senior stakeholders
• A self-driven, consultative sales approach
