Location: 715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601 Salary $75k-$80K We are seeking an ERP Support Specialist to join our team and serve as a key point of contact for internal users of our Epicor ERP system. This role is focused on providing front-line support, gathering issue details, and partnering closely with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of system-related requests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands Epicor and enjoys working directly with users across the business to solve problems and improve processes. What You’ll Do Act as the primary point of contact for employees experiencing issues or needing support within the Epicor ERP system Gather detailed information from users to clearly define issues, requests, or system needs Troubleshoot basic ERP questions and escalate more complex issues to the technical team Track and document all support requests, ensuring timely follow-up and communication Partner with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively Assist in user training and provide guidance on best practices within Epicor Help maintain clear documentation and support materials for end users Build strong relationships with departments across the organization to better understand business needs What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems (Epicor experience strongly preferred) Strong understanding of Epicor functionality and how it supports business processes Experience in a support, help desk, or user-facing role Excellent communication skills with the ability to gather information and explain solutions clearly Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests at once Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Work Environment Hybrid role requiring proximity to Lancaster, PA Combination of office and occasional manufacturing environment interaction Why Join Us This role offers the opportunity to be a key connector between business users and technical teams, helping improve system adoption, user experience, and overall efficiency.
