This role serves as a key functional and technical bridge between business operations and ERP systems, ensuring the effective use and continuous improvement of an enterprise-wide Epicor platform. The ERP Analyst will support end users across multiple business units, helping translate operational needs into system solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. You will be deeply involved in ERP implementation, enhancement, and support activities, including troubleshooting, training, and process optimization. The position requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, hands-on system expertise, and cross-functional collaboration across IT, operations, and external partners. It is a highly dynamic role in a manufacturing-focused environment where priorities shift quickly and problem-solving is critical. Accountabilities: Provide functional and technical support for the Epicor ERP system, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across business units. Participate in full ERP project lifecycles including requirements gathering, design, development coordination, testing, training, and go-live support. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, operations, vendors, and external partners to define requirements and design solutions. Support ERP implementation and enhancement initiatives across multiple business units and locations. Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions to improve system performance. Configure and optimize Epicor ERP workflows, modules, and features to meet evolving business needs. Lead or support user training sessions and drive system adoption across the organization. Participate in system testing, data migration, and validation activities to ensure successful deployments. Document business requirements, process flows, and technical solutions for ongoing reference and improvement. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on ERP efficiency, scalability, and user experience. Requirements: 5+ years of experience working with Epicor (10+ preferred) or similar ERP systems such as SAP, Infor, or NetSuite. 3+ years of ERP experience in a manufacturing or operations-focused environment. Strong understanding of ERP transaction flows and integrated business processes. Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, and production support activities. Ability to troubleshoot system issues and deliver practical, scalable solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience delivering end-user training and system adoption support. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills with ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with ERP configuration, process mapping, and business requirements documentation.
