Role Summary
We are hiring an Enterprise Transformation & Change Enablement Lead to establish and scale enterprise change enablement capabilities that support large-scale transformation initiatives. This role is focused on designing, implementing, and institutionalizing change enablement frameworks, governance models, operating processes, and organizational readiness approaches that can be leveraged across a large organization.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience building change enablement capabilities from the ground up, assessing organizational needs, identifying process gaps, and creating scalable mechanisms that support transformation adoption across multiple programs and business functions. This is not a traditional change management delivery role. The focus is on creating sustainable enterprise-wide frameworks and processes that enable organizations to manage change effectively at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current organizational change practices, transformation initiatives, and operating structures to identify gaps in change enablement maturity and effectiveness.
- Design and implement enterprise-wide change enablement frameworks that support multiple concurrent transformation programs.
- Establish scalable governance models, operating mechanisms, standards, and processes for managing organizational change across large portfolios.
- Create repeatable methodologies, playbooks, templates, and toolkits that enable teams to consistently assess and manage change impacts.
- Develop sustainable approaches for identifying, measuring, and managing cumulative organizational change across business units and programs.
- Define enterprise standards for change impact assessment, readiness evaluation, stakeholder alignment, and adoption planning.
- Integrate change enablement processes into portfolio planning, prioritization, sequencing, delivery, and operational workflows.
- Establish enterprise-level visibility into change impacts, organizational readiness, and adoption risks.
- Build frameworks that allow transformation teams to independently execute change enablement activities while maintaining organizational consistency.
- Partner with Technical Program Managers, product leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to embed change enablement practices into program execution.
- Design measurement frameworks and success metrics to evaluate organizational readiness, adoption outcomes, and change effectiveness.
- Advise senior leaders on enterprise change strategy, governance, risk management, and transformation readiness.
- Drive alignment across multiple stakeholder groups while influencing decisions in complex environments without formal authority.
- Continuously evolve and improve change enablement capabilities based on organizational needs, transformation priorities, and lessons learned.
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, organizational change management, change enablement, program management, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise change enablement frameworks from inception through organization-wide adoption.
- Proven experience establishing scalable change enablement capabilities, governance structures, operating models, and organizational readiness processes for large enterprises.
- Experience assessing organizational change maturity, identifying capability gaps, and designing solutions that support transformation at scale.
- Strong experience creating repeatable methodologies, playbooks, standards, toolkits, and frameworks that can be leveraged across multiple programs, teams, and business functions.
- Proven ability to investigate organizational challenges, define change enablement strategies, and implement sustainable processes that drive adoption and business outcomes.
- Experience building and institutionalizing change enablement processes from the ground up rather than solely executing or managing established change management programs.
- Strong experience operating at a portfolio or enterprise level across multiple concurrent initiatives and managing cumulative organizational change impacts.
- Experience integrating change impact assessments into planning, prioritization, sequencing, and delivery processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills with the ability to influence organizational leaders and drive alignment without formal authority.
- Experience partnering with Technical Program Managers (TPMs), product organizations, engineering teams, and executive leadership.
- Strong facilitation, workshop leadership, strategic planning, and organizational consulting capabilities.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate complex organizational challenges, and create scalable enterprise solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, and Claude.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working within platform, SaaS, or enterprise software organizations.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide modernization, operating model transformation, or platform migration initiatives.
- Familiarity with transformation offices, organizational effectiveness functions, or enterprise strategy teams.
- Experience developing enterprise governance frameworks and organizational readiness measurement models.
- Knowledge of portfolio planning, prioritization, and transformation investment management processes.
- Experience supporting large-scale product development and engineering organizations.
