As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be the lead strategist for growing our footprint across the mortgage landscape. Your focus is on establishing new partnerships with Independent Mortgage Bankers (IMBs), Credit Unions, and Banks. This role is about more than just selling software; it’s about helping lending institutions modernize their workflows, increase pull-through rates, and better serve their borrowers in a competitive market. Responsibilities: Identify and build relationships with new enterprise lending institutions—specifically targeting IMBs, Credit Unions, and Banks that are not yet utilizing the Mortgage Coach platform. Work closely with executive leadership teams at these institutions to understand their specific lending goals. You’ll position our platform as a key driver for their digital transformation and loan officer productivity. Manage the unique complexities of mortgage enterprise sales, take ownership of the entire process from initial outreach and discovery to negotiating multi-year agreements and ensuring a smooth handoff to the implementation team. Maintain an organized and predictable sales funnel, providing clear updates on your progress and using data to refine your approach to different types of lending institutions. Act as the "voice of the market" for our Product and Marketing teams, ensuring that our roadmap continues to solve the most pressing challenges facing modern mortgage lenders.
