Our product is a SaaS recruitment platform powered by AI that helps companies engage with candidates via text to drive faster and more efficient hiring processes. Responsibilities Build a long term, value based relationship with the leadership team and champions of our clients (CHROs, VP of Talent) Being the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality Deliver and communicate ROI for our clients throughout the customer lifecycle in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs / QBRs) Be the voice of the customer in Emi, providing insights to work side-by-side with our product and tech teams Identify potential account growth (upsells) and help execute them to guarantee we’re adding more value in our clients What we're looking for in Candidates +3 years of work experience managing relationships with enterprise accounts - Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, is a plus. Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes Strategic and analytical mentality Executive presence and communication abilities Strong leadership skills Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services) Thrives working in a growing environment, with the uncertainty and chaos of an early stage startup Fluent English Speaker, native is a plus What we offer 🧑🏽💻 Flexible remote-first work culture .
