About The Role We’re building a high-growth AI company on a Series A / B trajectory, and we’re scaling from under $10M ARR to $50M+ ARR. To do that, we don’t need farmers. We need enterprise hunters. This role is for sellers who create demand, not wait for it. If you’ve personally sourced and closed six-figure to seven-figure ARR deals, thrive in outbound, and love owning the full cycle—this will feel like home. Location: US (Remote) What You’ll Do Own full-cycle enterprise sales Build and close a majority self-sourced pipeline Run strong outbound and account-based motions Navigate enterprise buying committees Drive deals through security, legal, and procurement Forecast accurately and close ~$250K ARR/month What You’ll Need 5+ years of B2B sales experience Personally closed $100K–$1M+ ARR deals Proven outbound-first selling experience Enterprise sales exposure with multi-stakeholder deals Comfortable operating without heavy SDR or inbound support Nice to have AI/data/platform sales, startup or early-scale experience, new category selling Department Sales Locations Headquarters New Jersey Remote status Hybrid
