Scout Global are partnered with a well-established, market-leading identity security vendor that continues to see strong growth across EMEA. With an impressive customer base, market-leading technology, and significant investment in the region, they're looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across Germany.
💼 The Opportunity
This is a strategic, enterprise-focused role targeting some of Germany's largest organisations. You'll be responsible for developing and executing territory plans, building senior stakeholder relationships, and closing complex, high-value opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
• Owning the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close
• Developing and executing a strategic territory plan
• Building relationships with C-level and senior security stakeholders
• Working closely with SEs, channel partners, and leadership teams
• Driving net-new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities
• Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
🎯 What we're looking for:
• Proven success selling enterprise cybersecurity solutions
• Strong track record of closing 6-figure deals, with experience of 7-figure transactions highly desirable
• Experience selling into large enterprise and strategic accounts
• Strong knowledge and application of MEDDIC / MEDDPICC methodologies
• Consistent history of quota attainment and overachievement
• Fluent German and English language skills
