Your mission turbalance is hiring an experienced, execution-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and long-term enterprise account growth across Europe. In this role, you will own the full revenue cycle from sourcing and closing new customers to actively managing and expanding relationships post-sale. This is a hands-on, high-ownership position where you retain responsibility for your accounts and revenue outcomes. We operate at the intersection of AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing infrastructure , selling a technical platform and services to engineering, infrastructure, and executive stakeholders. You will take a consultative, solution-oriented approach , helping customers design and scale GPU-powered workloads across cloud and data center environments. Your Tasks As this role sells a technical product (platform and services) to a technical customer, experience and comfort with data center infrastructure, cloud, and GPU-enabled environments is required. Drive net-new enterprise acquisition across Europe through outbound prospecting and strategic account development Own and expand customer relationships post-close, maintaining engagement well ahead of renewals Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical, procurement, and executive stakeholders Lead negotiations and contract discussions with enterprise procurement and legal teams Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting using CRM tools and structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC) Your profile Proven enterprise B2B sales experience, closing complex deals with technical stakeholders (including C-level) Strong track record of closing €500k+ ACV deals and consistently hitting €1M+ annual quota Comfortable building pipeline independently through outbound efforts (not reliant on inbound) Background in data center infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent technical domains Strong understanding of how infrastructure supports AI/ML workloads (e.g. GPU environments, data pipelines) Well-developed network within enterprise infrastructure, AI, or cloud ecosystems, with the ability to generate pipeline through existing relationships Ability to communicate credibly with engineers, architects, and executive stakeholders Fluency in English is required; German proficiency is strongly preferred Willingness to travel across Europe as needed Nice to have Additional European languages Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, scaling environment Why us?
