Job Description This is a remote position. Job Title Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Respond to customer messages on Instagram, Whatnot, email, and other platforms Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience Assist customers with: Shipping updates Order questions Missing packages Product inquiries Repack information Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Track orders and organize customer information Keep detailed records of customer interactions and issues Communicate updates clearly with the VividSportsVault team Follow up with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and support requests Handle inbound customer inquiries and occasional outbound follow-ups Maintain professionalism and a friendly attitude in all customer interactions Manage and maintain basic social media presence (Instagram, Whatnot, etc.), including responding to comments/messages and helping keep pages active and customer-focused Requirements Requirements Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a clear American accent Previous customer service experience preferred Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations at once Comfortable using Instagram, Whatnot, email platforms, and online systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and respond in a timely manner Social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, Etc.) Experience with e-commerce or online customer support is a plus Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
