The Role We are seeking an Engagement Director to lead our high-stakes delivery portfolio. This is a hybrid role that blends the execution discipline of a Project Manager with the strategic vision of a Product Manager . In this role, you will act as the primary strategic interface between Levent Analytics and our enterprise clients. You will not simply manage timelines; you will own the end-to-end success of the engagement, from defining the product roadmap and structuring commercials to overseeing technical delivery. Crucially, you will also play a key role in our internal innovation engine. Capturing insights from client projects to build Levent's proprietary IP and solution accelerators. Key Responsibilities Strategic Advisory & Product Definition Product-Led Delivery: Act as a Product Manager for your accounts, defining clear roadmaps, prioritising features based on business value, and managing the product backlog. Executive Stakeholder Management: Serve as the trusted advisor to client C-suite executives. Translate complex business objectives into technically viable, phased Statements of Work (SOWs). Expectation Management: Effectively manage client expectations regarding timeline, deliverables and feasibility. Delivery Leadership (Project Management) Cross-Functional Orchestration: Direct high-performance teams comprising Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and ML Ops specialists. You will manage resources across onshore and nearshore hubs to ensure seamless delivery. Risk & Scope Governance: Proactively identify technical and operational bottlenecks. Maintain strict control over scope creep while ensuring the team delivers high-quality applications on time and within budget. Build the Accelerators: When not actively deployed on client site, you will lead the development of in-house Intellectual Property. You will identify recurring market problems and work with engineering to build reusable assets, frameworks, and solution accelerators. Knowledge Enhancement: Transform project learnings into standardised play-books and methodologies that lift the performance of the entire consultancy. Commercial & Account Growth Portfolio P&L Ownership: Assume full responsibility for the profitability, resource utilization, and delivery quality of your assigned accounts. Strategic Expansion: Identify organic growth opportunities within existing engagements. You will work to evolve pilot programs into long-term strategic roadmaps. Requirements Professional Experience 8+ Years Experience: Proven track record in Technical Program Management, Product Management, or Professional Services leadership. Hybrid Skillset: You have experience wearing both hats: the Project Manager who ensures the train runs on time, and the Product Manager who ensures the train is going to the right destination. Demonstrable AI Delivery: You must have specific, verifiable experience managing the delivery of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Big Data projects. You understand the unique lifecycle of AI products compared to traditional software development. Large-Scale Delivery: Experience delivering complex enterprise grade applications. Technical Competence Modern Data Architecture: While you are not expected to write code, you must possess a strong conceptual understanding of the modern data stack (Cloud Data Platforms, Data Governance, AIOps, ML Modelling). Agile Governance: Expertise in adapting Agile methodologies to regulated enterprise environments. Soft Skills Executive Presence: The ability to command a room and present complex technical progress to non-technical boards and steering committees. Builder Mentality: A desire to build internal tools and products, not just manage client deliverables.
