About the role We are looking for a highly capable Engagement Consultant to join our Business Applications team, supporting our Short Order / BAU function. This role is critical in ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality customer engagements, following the departure of a senior consultant. What you’ll do Lead customer discovery sessions and define requirements Design solutions across BC and other any external integrations. Produce high-quality Statements of Work and estimates Work closely with Engagement Managers and Delivery teams Ensure all engagements are clear, achievable, and delivery-ready What we’re looking for Strong customer-facing consulting experience Proven track record in writing high-quality SOWs Experience with Dynamics 365 (BC,NAV) Ability to balance commercial needs with delivery realities Comfortable working in a fast-paced BAU / Short Order environment Why this role matters You will play a key role in maintaining the high standard of service already established, ensuring customer confidence and delivery quality are preserved.
