The Emergency Management Professional - Advisory Services will be responsible for the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of critical projects and tasks to ensure we meet the needs of our clients. Advisory Portfolio includes the provision of analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of emergency management program services. CDRO is ready to take on the world. We are seeking experienced emergency management professionals to join us as a member in crystallizing one of our brand offerings. Responsibilities & Duties: Work with internal and external stakeholders to create business plans that identify needs, goals, and options to achieve success Identify and assess viability of new business opportunities, including risks and return on investment potential Develop and implement strategies for improving key metrics and emergency operations Develop plans for achieving desired business outcomes and results Provide ongoing advisory services to business leaders and employees to ensure success in their business areas Maintain and grow relationships with clients and other business partners Meet with clients and other business partners to gather information about their business and address their needs and concerns Qualifications: Below are the qualifications desired of an Emergency Management Professional – Advisory Portfolio: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, finance, or emergency management. Experience as a business consultant in our industry or a relevant field Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrable business, leadership, and analytical skills Strong grasp of business fundamentals, including finance, marketing, economics, operations, strategy, and information technology. Demonstrable commitment to business ethics and corporate social responsibility Strong written and verbal communication skills
