About the Role We're looking for a talented Email Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with agency experience and a strong portfolio in e-commerce email design. Youll collaborate closely with Account Managers, Copywriters, and Klaviyo Tech Specialists to craft visually compelling and conversion-focused email campaigns that align with brand identity and customer journeys. Main Objective Design beautiful, effective, and high-converting e-commerce emails that support strategic marketing goals. Key Responsibilities Email Design & Execution Create engaging, brand-aligned email templates and assets for campaigns and automated flows Design with a mobile-first mindset to ensure responsive, on-brand visuals Apply best practices in email design, keeping up with trends in layout, accessibility, and performance Collaboration & Workflow Partner with Account Managers, Copywriters, and Tech Specialists to execute creative briefs Translate strategy into polished, visually cohesive email designs Incorporate feedback promptly and deliver design revisions within 24 hours Quality Assurance & Optimization Conduct QA for all email designs across devices and platforms Refine designs based on campaign performance and user behavior Maintain brand consistency and design quality across all client communications Required Skills & Experience A portfolio showcasing e-commerce email design work 2+ years of experience designing emails, preferably in an agency environment Strong proficiency with Figma Understanding of email marketing principles and visual storytelling Experience working in cross-functional teams Ability to manage deadlines and multiple design projects simultaneously Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, ClickUp, Slack, and Figma Our Offer Full-time, fully remote opportunity Flexible working hours, with availability between 9 AM - 5 PM CST (Monday to Friday) Compensation: $1300 -$1800 USD/month Freelance contract (youre responsible for your own taxes) Recruitment Process Initial interview with Zabota team Interview with the client test task Final decision and official offer
