Inficore Soft is looking for Email & Chat Process Interns who are interested in professional communication, customer interaction, and support operations. This internship offers practical exposure to handling digital communication channels, resolving customer queries, and maintaining service quality standards while working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat platforms
* Assist in providing accurate information and timely resolutions
* Record and maintain customer interaction details for reference
* Coordinate with internal teams to address escalated requests
* Follow communication guidelines and quality standards
* Support service improvement initiatives through feedback documentation
* Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience
Eligibility:
* Pursuing or completed a degree in any discipline
