Lemon Adds | Full-Time Remote | LATAM | PST Hours Required
Lemon Adds is a performance-driven eCommerce growth agency that helps DTC brands scale through paid media, creative strategy, influencer marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRO, Amazon, Shopify, web, funnels, and full-funnel execution.
We are not a traditional “make it pretty” agency. We build creative that sells.
Our clients operate across fast-moving categories including fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, consumer goods, and other eCommerce markets. Our creative team works closely with media buyers, strategists, email marketers, social media managers, CRO specialists, and brand teams to produce assets that are visually strong, brand-aligned, and built to improve performance.
We are looking for an elite-level Graphic Designer who understands that great design is not only about aesthetics — it is about clarity, conversion, speed, customer psychology, brand positioning, and measurable results.
We are hiring a full-time remote Graphic Designer based in LATAM who can work comfortably on PST hours and communicate in advanced English.
This role is for a designer who can support the full creative journey across paid social ads, organic social content, email/SMS campaigns, website banners, landing pages, funnels, product pages, promotional campaigns, and eCommerce brand assets. You should be able to design for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Display, YouTube, Shopify websites, Klaviyo/email campaigns, and other digital platforms where strong creative directly impacts clicks, conversions, AOV, ROAS, and customer trust.
You should be highly skilled visually, fast in execution, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working inside a performance marketing agency where creative is tested, improved, and judged by results.
You will work on multiple eCommerce brands and must be able to quickly understand different brand voices, visual styles, audiences, offers, funnels, and campaign goals.
AI tool experience is required.
In today’s world, AI is reinventing itself at the speed of light. As part of this role, you will be expected to stay up to date with modern AI creative tools, new design workflows, and emerging platforms that help improve creative speed, quality, ideation, and production.
You should be comfortable using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and other AI-assisted creative platforms. You do not need to know every tool perfectly, but you must be curious, adaptable, and already comfortable using AI as part of your creative process.
You think like a designer and a marketer.
You care about how something looks, but you also care about whether people click, buy, sign up, or continue down the funnel.
You can take a creative brief and turn it into multiple strong visual directions.
You are not waiting for perfect instructions every time. You can problem-solve, ask smart questions, and bring ideas to the table.
You understand that working inside a performance agency means creative moves fast. Sometimes we need polished campaign work. Sometimes we need 10 ad variations quickly for testing. You know how to balance both.
You are comfortable working with different brands and adapting quickly to different audiences, styles, and goals.
Within your first 30–60 days, you should be able to understand Lemon Adds’ performance-first creative standards, design strong assets across multiple brands, support paid ads, social, email, website, and funnel design needs, create multiple variations of winning concepts for testing, use AI tools to improve speed and creative exploration, communicate clearly with the team, and deliver clean, organized, on-brand files on time.
