Electrical Engineer (Recent Graduates Welcome - EE/CE)

• Electrical / Electronic Systems Engineer (Recent Graduates Welcome)
• Shift: 1st Shift (Flexible: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Work Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote (5 days onsite initially for onboarding) - Fuquay-Varina
• NC - 2 years contract

Position Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to begin their career in Electrical, Electrical & Computer, or Automotive Engineering. Candidates with internship, co-op, academic project, or hands-on laboratory experience in electrical or embedded systems are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop vehicle electrical and electronic (E/E) systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, manufacturing, quality, and supplier partners.
• Build and integrate prototype vehicle electrical systems.
• Perform diagnostics, software bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Support new product development, production support, and field support initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship, co-op, academic project, or up to 1 year of experience related to electrical systems or embedded systems.
• Exposure to CAD/design tools such as Creo, CATIA, or similar engineering software.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to vehicle electrical systems, embedded systems, diesel engines, hydraulics, x-by-wire systems, or in-vehicle communication networks.
• Experience with schematic capture, 3D CAD, diagnostics, or debugging tools.
• Knowledge of EMC design practices and vehicle electrical system compliance.
• Familiarity with vehicle electrification components and 60V architectures.
