Job Summary: We are looking for self-motivated individuals to record first-person (egocentric) videos of everyday activities. This footage is used to train next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) models and humanoid robots. You will simply wear a head-mounted smartphone or smart glasses while performing routine daily activities like cleaning, organizing, etc. The ideal candidate must complete tasks independently and follow strict technical guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
Capture first-person (POV) raw video footage of meaningful daily tasks in various environment.
Wear a comfortable head strap or smart glasses (devices/mounts often provided) to record your hands and objects interacting naturally with your environment.
Strictly follow recording specifications (e.g., maintaining stable lighting, landscape orientation, specific resolutions, and camera angles).
Upload raw, unedited video files and complete short metadata forms on project portals within the agreed timeframe.
Cooperate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team by re-recording clips if initial submissions do not meet framing or duration requirements.
Job Requirements
Equipment: Access to a modern smartphone with a high-quality camera (1080p resolution at 30/60 FPS). Head mounts or straps are typically provided by the employer.
Environment: Access to a functional, realistic residential, or relevant workspace environment.
Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously follow recording rules, such as keeping hands visible, avoiding mirrors/reflections, and maintaining steady framing.
Privacy Conscious: Must ensure no faces of other people, personal identification documents, or sensitive private data are captured during recording.
Self-starter with the ability to commit to recording anywhere from 4 to 20 hours of usable footage over the project timeline
