What You’ll Do Partner with Test Developers and SMEs to develop multiple-choice distractors for assessments. Lead and document item review meetings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications. Enter and maintain data in internal databases. Proofread and edit test items for grammar, style, and consistency. Build and beta test assessments in a production environment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (psychometricians, media developers, project managers). Follow established processes and contribute to continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Must-Have: Tech-savvy with strong Excel and database skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead discussions with SMEs. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree. Experience in education, teaching, tutoring, or eLearning.
