Our portfolio spans fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and women’s health DTC businesses such as Enroush, Karu and other emerging global brands. 🔎 About the role We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to help drive conversion and revenue across a portfolio of e-commerce brands. This is a growth-focused design role at the intersection of ecommerce, UX, and performance marketing. You’ll work closely with performance marketers, copywriters, developers, and growth teams to design e-commerce experiences that are visually strong, easy to use, fast to ship, and built for measurable impact. You’ll be responsible for turning business goals, customer insights, and growth opportunities into high-converting user experiences across landing pages, product detail pages, checkout flows, upsells, bundles, post-purchase journeys, and lead capture funnels. This role is built for designers who want to level up fast. Your work will directly influence conversion rate, average order value, CAC efficiency, retention, and overall e-commerce performance. 🚀 What you’ll own Designing and optimizing conversion-critical ecommerce experiences across landing pages, product detail pages, collection pages, bundles, upsells, post-purchase flows, checkout, and lead capture journeys Turning growth goals, customer insights, and performance data into clear UX improvements that impact CVR, AOV, CAC efficiency, and retention Creating A/B test-ready design variants with clear hypotheses, strong rationale, and clean execution Building reusable components, layouts, and design patterns that can scale across multiple e-commerce brands Designing mobile-first, responsive, accessible-aware, and performance-conscious experiences across key user journeys Collaborating closely with performance marketers, copywriters, developers, and growth teams to move quickly from insight → design → implementation → iteration Supporting design handoff and implementation details, including components, states, edge cases, responsive behavior, interaction behavior, and clear specs Supporting QA to make sure shipped experiences match the design intent and work well across devices Improving live experiences based on analytics, user behavior, test results, and business performance Contributing to scalable multi-brand design patterns and light design-system thinking that balances speed, consistency, and flexibility 🏆 You might be the one if… You have UI/UX experience, ideally in ecommerce, CRO, web, or growth-focused design You have a portfolio showing shipped work, not only polished concepts, and can explain the rationale behind your decisions You have strong design fundamentals: hierarchy, typography, layout, flows, usability, and system consistency You can execute quickly without sacrificing quality You communicate clearly, take ownership, and enjoy working cross-functionally with marketers, copywriters, developers, and growth teams You’re comfortable designing within real-world implementation constraints such as responsive behavior, page speed, component systems, tracking requirements, and handoff specs You understand, or are excited to deeply understand, how UX decisions impact metrics like CVR, AOV, CAC efficiency, retention, and funnel performance You can create clear, testable design variants for experimentation and A/B testing You understand basic web fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, and modern front-end concepts You design with implementation in mind from day one: reusable components, clear states, scalable patterns, and clean handoff specs You enjoy fast iteration, direct feedback, and performance-driven decision-making You’re curious, ambitious, and want to build rare e-commerce growth design skills quickly 🔥 What we offer Flexibility: Choose hybrid, remote, or office, plus a central Bucharest workspace, premium equipment and private health insurance.
