As an eCommerce Email Marketer , you’ll manage key campaigns and flows, optimize for performance, and directly impact the company’s profitability. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a data-driven, results-focused environment. This is a role for someone who is eager to experiment, optimize, and grow , rather than simply keeping things running. What You’ll Own & Build You’ll have real responsibility from day one. Your first 90-day success will be measured by: Increasing revenue from email marketing by at least 25% Improving performance of major email flows and campaigns Continuously testing, optimizing, and reporting performance Owning the email marketing channel and delivering measurable results What We’re Looking For We’re excited to work with someone who: Has 2+ years of eCommerce email marketing experience Is hands-on with Klaviyo (required) Shopify experience is a plus Possesses creative and persuasive copywriting skills Is analytical, data-driven, and focused on performance Can work independently and thrive in a fast-moving environment Ready to Grow With Us?
