You'll maintain accurate financial records, prepare critical monthly P&L statements, and provide the financial analysis that drives our business decisions. Your expertise in eCommerce accounting will directly support our continued growth across multiple online sales channels while ensuring we have clear visibility into our financial performance and opportunities for optimization. Role Overview: Manage comprehensive bookkeeping for a fast-growing eCommerce health and personal care products company Handle multi-channel online sales accounting across platforms (Amazon, Shopify, direct-to-consumer) Prepare monthly financial statements and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making Lead monthly audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify improvement opportunities Partner with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and process optimization Key Responsibilities: Monthly Financial Management & Analysis Maintain accurate financial records across all accounts (AP, AR, payroll, inventory, amortizations, etc.) Perform monthly audits and reconciliations to ensure clean books and identify errors or inconsistencies Prepare accurate monthly P&L statements and comprehensive financial reports for management review Provide monthly financial analysis highlighting trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or growth Daily Bookkeeping Operations Record daily sales transactions from multiple eCommerce platforms Reconcile payment processor accounts (PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Payments) Process and manage accounts payable, including vendor payments and expense tracking Handle monthly inventory valuation and COGS recognition, including physical counts and reconciliations Strategic Financial Support Support forecasting activities and budget preparation Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed Partner with leadership to deliver clear financial reporting and recommend process improvements Conduct month-end closing procedures and reconcile all accounts Required Experience: 3-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience with a strong understanding of GAAP principles Prior eCommerce client experience - experience working with online retail businesses is essential Solid grasp of inventory accounting , amortization, and cost recognition methodologies Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data into actionable business insights High attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy in all financial work Independent work style - comfortable working autonomously and proactively solving problems Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Knowledge of Amazon FBA accounting and multi-channel eCommerce operations Experience with inventory management systems and cost accounting methodologies Track record of implementing process improvements in financial operations Schedule & Location Setup Location: Fully Remote Schedule: 12am MNL to 9am MNL (1 Hour Lunch Break) Work Days : Tuesday to Saturday Benefits: - Philippine Employment, Work from Home, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Private Health Insurance, 13th Month Pay, Annual Pay Raise, Above-Market Pay, 15 Days of Leave Credits (6 Sick, 6 Vacation, 2 Emergency, 1 Birthday), Paid Birthday Leave, Stable Employment, Skills Development Opportunities Permitted Holidays Leave: January 1 - New Year's Day April 17 - Maundy Thursday April 18 - Good Friday April 19 - Black Saturday May 1 - Labor Day June 12 - Independence Day November 1 - All Saints' Day November 2 - All Souls' Day December 24 - Christmas Eve December 25 - Christmas Day December 31 - Last Day of the Year
