Job Description This is a remote position. Overview Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Early Intervention Care Coordinator to support therapist onboarding, case management, documentation, and ongoing service coordination. This role serves as a central point of contact for therapists and helps ensure cases are properly set up, maintained, and compliant with agency requirements. Key Responsibilities ● Set up new cases in Providersoft and internal systems ● Prepare and distribute case packets, including authorizations, evaluations, consents, and IFSPs ● Request prescriptions and required documentation from referral sources ● File and track justification letters for service additions, changes, or extensions ● Support therapists with day-to-day case logistics and non-clinical questions ● Monitor therapist attendance and report concerns when necessary ● Handle family communications regarding scheduling, service updates, and general support ● Maintain accurate and audit-ready case files ● Identify and escalate compliance or service delivery concerns ● Coordinate with Service Coordinators, Staffers, and the Billing team regarding case-related matters Platforms & Tools Used ● Providersoft ● Microsoft Office ● Agency Internal Systems ● EI-Hub / NYEIS (preferred) Ideal Candidate ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities ● Comfortable working with databases and case management systems ● Prior Early Intervention, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred ● Familiarity with Providersoft and EI-Hub / NYEIS is a plus ● Bilingual candidates preferred ● Able to manage multiple cases and providers simultaneously
