Job Description - E-Filing Coordinator (26000066) Job Description E-Filing Coordinator - ( 26000066 ) The E-Filing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and supporting all electronic filing activity within the Managing Attorney’s Office. This position serves as the central resource for electronic filing procedures and ensures that all filings are completed accurately, timely, and in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local court rules, as well as firm standards. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all electronic filing activity for the Managing Attorney’s Office Review Law Clerk Assignment Lists and prepare ECF filing checklist Assign, guide, and support law clerks on electronic filings Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and individual judge e-filing rules Research and maintain current knowledge of ECF rules and procedures Train new and existing clerks on e-filing, PDF/A conversion, and best practices Monitor staff proficiency and identify training or support needs Serve as primary point of contact for attorneys, paralegals, and court personnel on filing issues Meet regularly with Managing Attorney leadership on performance and process issues Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 5-7 years’ experience working in a Managing Attorney or Clerk’s Office Extensive experience with federal, state, and local electronic filing systems (i.e. PACER CM/ECF, NYSCEF, ACMS, et al.) Strong knowledge of ECF rules, including local court and individual judge requirements Ability to research, interpret, and apply court rules accurately Experience coordinating and supervising support staff filing work Experience training and mentoring staff on e-filing procedures Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with legal technology and document management tools Notary public Schedule: This is a hybrid role which requires in-office attendance with the schedule set forth by the department. Salary: $95,000 - $110,000. Paul, Weiss offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.
