You will be responsible for transforming strategic initiatives into actionable plans, ensuring seamless delivery across digital operations, merchandising, campaigns, and vendor partnerships. The position combines the stability of managing established online businesses with the excitement of supporting the launch and growth of innovative new consumer products. Accountabilities Manage and maintain e-commerce project plans, ensuring initiatives across multiple online channels are executed on time and aligned with business priorities. Translate strategic objectives into clear deliverables, timelines, and ownership structures while monitoring progress and removing operational roadblocks. Coordinate daily activities with external vendors, agencies, developers, and digital partners, overseeing project briefs, timelines, quality assurance, and deliverables. Oversee website merchandising, product launches, promotional campaigns, and content readiness to ensure a seamless customer experience. Serve as a key liaison between E-commerce, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and execution. Support the development and optimization of workflows by leveraging AI tools, automation opportunities, and process improvement initiatives. Maintain operational dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute structured reporting to leadership teams. Ensure operational continuity across evolving priorities, platform updates, and business growth initiatives. Requirements 3 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, project management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Shopify platforms, with experience in B2B e-commerce, direct-to-consumer operations, or multi-site environments considered an asset. Experience managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, developers, or technology partners. Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, campaign execution, and online customer experiences. Comfortable working with analytics, reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges. Commercially minded with a strong understanding of how e-commerce initiatives contribute to revenue growth and business performance. Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, workflow efficiency, documentation, reporting, or operational processes. Full professional proficiency in English is required; French language skills are considered a strong asset. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in entrepreneurial environments where processes continue to evolve. Benefits Competitive base salary of $90,000 – $100,000 CAD .
