The Role

As an Account Strategist, you'll own growth and conversion strategy for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands. You'll sit at the intersection of paid media, CRO, and account management — shaping the plan, partnering with our project managers to ship it, and translating performance data into clear next moves.

This role is a fit if you've cut your teeth as a junior account strategist or media buyer and you're ready to take on more ownership of strategy and client outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Own CRO strategy across client e-commerce stores — identifying friction, prioritizing tests, and building experiment roadmaps (landing pages, PDPs, checkout, A/B tests).
• Run Meta campaigns — plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ads, managing budget, creative testing, and performance against targets.
• Partner with project managers to translate strategy into scoped, shippable work across our design and development pods.
• Turn data into decisions — analyze performance and deliver clear, actionable recommendations, not just reports.
• Communicate with clarity — present strategy, progress, and results to clients and internal teams with confidence.
• Stay close to the brand — know each client's funnel, KPIs, and goals, and proactively surface opportunities to grow.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years as a junior account strategist, media buyer, growth marketer, or similar — ideally in an agency or DTC e-commerce environment.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns and/or e-commerce growth strategy.
• Fluent English, written and spoken. This role is client-facing and collaborative — clear communication is non-negotiable.
• Strong analytical instincts. You're comfortable in the numbers and can connect data to decisions.
• A working understanding of CRO principles and e-commerce funnels.
• Self-directed and organized. You thrive in a remote, structured, high-trust environment and don't need to be micromanaged.
• Based in Paraguay, Colombia, Mexico or Venezuela.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify and the broader DTC stack.
• Familiarity with analytics and CRO tools (GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar).
• Email/SMS lifecycle marketing experience (Klaviyo).
• Background in health, supplements, or consumer goods brands.
• Google Ads experience.
