German Speaking Dynamics Solution Architects - €90,000 to €110,000

The German Microsoft Business Applications market is moving, and we are currently engaged with several Microsoft Partners who are looking to hire experienced Solution Architects across the Dynamics ecosystem.

This includes opportunities across:

• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CE

These are senior, client facing roles where you’ll be helping organisations shape, design and deliver complex Microsoft transformation projects across the German market. Depending on the role, there are both remote and hybrid options available.

Typical salary ranges are broadly between €90,000 and €110,000, with potential to go higher for stronger senior profiles, depending on experience, product focus and consulting background.

For these roles, you’ll need:

• Professional German language skills

• Experience as a Solution Architect within Dynamics 365 or Power Platform

• The right to work in Germany without visa sponsorship

• Confidence working with clients, stakeholders and delivery teams

• Experience in a Microsoft Partner or consulting environment would be ideal
