You will provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking clients, offering comprehensive assistance with their bookings, handling a wide range of inquiries, and effectively resolving any travel-related issues that may arise. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every client enjoys a smooth, hassle-free, and memorable travel experience and guiding clients through the entire process with professionalism and care.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients.
Assist customers with booking travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and excursions.
Handle inquiries, changes, cancellations, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to provide seamless service.
Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with travel policies and customer service best practices.
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; please state your nationality and native language in your application.
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Experience in travel booking or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
