Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships. Address customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and loyalty programs with professionalism and care. Proactively engage with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and collect valuable feedback to enhance service quality. Promote loyalty initiatives and effectively communicate the benefits of continued engagement with the brand. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and rapid issue resolution. Analyze customer feedback and loyalty metrics to recommend improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and insights within the CRM system for ongoing analysis. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles, ideally in retail or service-focused industries. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to customer engagement. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical abilities and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving and customer interactions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to various customer needs. Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
