Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent to work remotely from Greece, supporting Pluxee, a dynamic and innovative company. This remote role is ideal for individuals fluent in Dutch who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with account management, product information, and issue resolution. Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
